The Ibex starts flat Tuesday (10,953 points) after a day of Monday that ended with increases of 0.56%. The only 'but' in the very short term when it comes to talking about the Spanish market is that it is still in a corrective phase ... but only in the short term. "If you want my opinion, it's late to buy but it's still early to sell," says Jose Maria Rodríguez, an expert on 'Bolsamanía.
